Looks like a Mind Control Device and when it shoots, it shrinks the target object to a much smaller size. It works on vehicles and other ridable objects, and those objects will still function properly afterwards.It can also work on people, animals, and pretty much everything else(except for moons,suns, stars, etc.). Has the same effect as Shrink magic.
