A sparrow is a common bird that is small in size. The term refers to two separate families of birds — Old World sparrows, in the family Passeridae, and New World sparrows, in the family Passerellidae — as well as the unrelated Java sparrow, Timor sparrow, and hedge sparrow. In the Scribblenauts series, sparrow is treated as a synonym for small brown birds across various families, including cuckoos, larks, tanagers, and sandpipers, among others.

Behavior[]

This animal has 20 health points, weighs as much as a mouse, and floats in water. They are docile creatures, preferring to run away when attacked.

Their bash attack deals 5 points of damage. They are able to walk and fly, but they cannot swim. They move slower than the regular man.

They are protective towards eggs, nests, and other sparrows. They eat any type of nuts and grains, but rice causes them to die, in reference to an urban legend.[1]

Sparrows are omnivorous. They will consume any type of insect, as well as aquatic creatures like the crab and the seahorse.
