The Steamed Bun is a kind of steamed bread made with yeast originating in China. It can be filled with meat and/or vegetarian fillings. They are often dipped in soy sauce before eating. According to legend, they were invented by the scholar and military strategist Zhuge Liang (3rd century AD).
