Solution

1. Place a Tractorbeam on the road near the spikes, where the starite slowly descends. This will pull the starite out of the hole and away from the spikes, also giving you more time to complete the level.
2. Use Wings, Jetpack, or any flight object to fly past the bear and up the cliff to the first metal gate.
3. Put Maxwell on a Bike, which will cause the gate to open. Dismount from the bike then fly over and away from the cop to keep him from following you.
4. Re-equip the bike to enter the next gate. Equip Maxwell with any item that lets you go underwater, such as a Scuba.
5. Kill the shark with a Sea Serpent and swim to land.
6. Grab the Starite.
