Cecaelia or Cilophyte, also known less accurately as Octopus People, are a race of aquatic people found only in Lake Yaju. They are physically human from the waist up, but with the body of an octopus from the waist down. They will eat small fish. They have green hair and green tentacles.
In Scribblenauts Unlimited, one can be found dancing in a monster party after completing a Starite Shards mission in Grave Manor.
A common synonym for Cecaelia is "Sea Witch", and is more often used than Cecaelia to describe these creatures. This is in large part to Ursula the Sea Witch from Disney's 1989 animated film, The Little Mermaid being a cecaelia.
