It appears as a humanoid creature with red skin, yellow eyes, angry eyebrows, nipples, a pointy tail and horns. They have brown fur on their waist area and hooves instead of feet.

It has 100 health points, weights the same as a man and floats on water. It takes damage from fire and get shocked by electricity. They spawn wearing a male imp wings, which gives them the ability to fly. Their punch attack deals 20 of damage.
An early version of the imp can be found in the Scribblenauts files, it's more beastly looking than the final version.
The green hair on the female variant may be a reference to Scanty Demon from the anime Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt.
It can appear in any Scribblenauts Unmasked level, either as a scammer, a giant monster, a monster spawned by a villain, or a portal, but mostly appears when a vehicle with a person inside was floating.
