It can be equipped as a head equipment by NPCs; however, it has a very bad defense, and is only able to defend a shot from a gun. In the first game, Bailey Hall will attack LOL Wut.

- The left side of LOL Wut seems to be more stable than the right side, as it tilts to its left.
- A tiny LOL Wut is the same size as Maxwell's head.
- LOL Wut is coded in the game as "Food". This may be a reference to the internet meme LOLWUT that it was a pear and it was obsessed over by the artist.
- It does not appear in Scribblenauts Collection, Scribblenauts Unmasked, Scribblenauts Mega Pack or Scribblenauts Showdown. Due to copyright law.
