Tempo wears a grey suit with a red flower pinned to his collar. His grey rooster helmet looks just like a fedora. He also has a small mustache.
How to unlock[]
In the Capital City Runoff, Tempo is bound in a rope connected to a Safe and needs help cutting the rope. The player can cut/destroy the rope with almost any handheld tool. Solutions include, but are not limited to: a knife, scissors, and a couple of shears.
