Wendigo is a cryptid from Native American folklore. They were once human but after resorting to cannibalism, they become a monster. Although in most media they appear with a zombie-esque body, blue with decay, long clawed arms and a deer skull for a head; Scribblenauts depicts them as dark, blue, furry monsters with long horns.
Behavior[]
The wendigo is hostile, attacking other creatures on sight. It scares most other creatures, but making a creature 'fearless' or 'brave' can allow them to face it without running away, revealing that it is actually quite weak, being able to be destroyed by most monsters.
When a wendigo gets close to a cannibal, the cannibal transforms into another wendigo (in reference to its folklore origin).
