Tanc is one of Maxwell's brothers. His airplane crashed on a boulder and Maxwell helps him in exchange for a starite shard. He is a pilot.
Appearance
Tanc wears a military uniform complete with a helmet and goggles. Looking closely at his leg you will see a bandage wrapped around it, he may have injured himself from crashing his jet to a boulder or he may have injured it before flying.
How to unlock
He can be found in Dusty Brush Canyon with his damaged jet. Fixing his jet or giving him a new jet will give the player a Starite Shard and he will become a playable character/Avatar.
