hard, armored, reinforced, durable, mighty, expensive = health+

frail, ancient, glass, decomposed, impaled = health-

mighty, master, sharp (melee), armor-piercing (firearm) = damage+

fatal = instakills other objects with any attack

supersonic, lightweight, rocketpropelled, caffeinated = speed+

fearless = what it says

maneating = eats people

cannibal = eats its own kind

mitotic = makes 2 copies of itself which are a size level below it, and those copies do the same until entity limit is reached or they have reached lowest size

gargantuan = makes things as big as possible (useful for prev)

fictional = makes things incorporeal (can pass through things)

pregnant = makes a baby copy of itself

cloned = makes an copy of itself

adamant = makes it stationary, even in the air

flying = what it says

immortal = what it says

ugly = makes things that normally eat you not, and also makes them run away

resurrective = makes things come back to life with full health upon dying

regenerative = they regenerate health over time (by default, this does not happen)
