Vampires are humanoid monsters that are common in old stories and modern pop culture alike. They were once human, and they survive off the blood of other beings.

In the original Scribblenauts, they will instantly transform any human character they bite into minions called Ghouls. This was later changed to turning them into a Vampire if they are human or give them the Vampiric adjective if they are an object in Super Scribblenauts. They are scared of vampire hunters, who chase them down and destroy them (unless the vampire has the brave adjective). Vampires are scared of mirrors. Vampires are mostly immortal, but can be killed with a stake, garlic, holy water, a cross, or by summoning the sun. When killed, a vampire turns into ash. Because vampires are immortal, they will kill every living thing unless it can exploit the above weaknesses. In Super Scribblenauts, it can be harmed by anything. In Scribblenauts, bats follow vampires, but vampires will kill bats in Super Scribblenauts.

Female Variant

The female Vampire has a black bun, eyeshadow over her eyes, a black and red dress, and black high heels.

Trivia

When a vampiric vampire is killed, it will leave behind two piles of ashes instead of one pile.
