A Wrench is a tool used by mechanics to screw and unscrew bolts. They are similar to screwdriver's in the fact that they undo bolts/screws by the person manually turning them.
In Scribblenauts when used on an object that is broken it will remove the broken adjective and add the functional adjective. An example of this would be when a vehicle has gone in water and the wrench can fix it. Mechanics always spawn with this item and can use it to fix items.
